Exchange and return of goods
According to the provisions of the Retail Trade Rules, goods are exchanged or returned at the user's written or verbal request at the place of purchase of the goods or at another convenient location indicated by the seller in the following order:
1. When returning a good quality product, the user presents the product to the seller and indicates the reason why the purchased product does not satisfy him and one of the requirements specified in Article 6.362, paragraph 1 or 2 of the Civil Code.
2. When returning a product of inadequate quality, the user presents the product to the seller, indicates the product's defect(s) and, in the cases specified in Article 6.3641, Part 1 of the Civil Code, optionally requires the product to be repaired (repaired) or replaced. The consumer has the right to demand that the seller proportionally reduce the price of the product or unilaterally terminate the consumer purchase agreement, if at least one of the conditions set forth in Article 6.3641, Part 4 of the Civil Code is met.
Exchange and return of quality good.
If the goods are of suitable quality, according to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right within 14 days from the handing over of non-food items to him, if the seller has not set a longer term, to replace the purchased items with similar ones of different dimensions, shape, color, at the place of purchase or at another place indicated by the seller. items of model or completeness, or return the items to the seller and recover the price paid for them. Please note that the buyer's request to exchange or return items is satisfied if the items have not been used, are not damaged, their usable properties have been preserved, the items have not lost their marketable appearance and the buyer has evidence confirming that he bought the items from a specific seller.
